Zdeněk is a partner at JK Advisory and besides sourcing investment opportunities and transaction management he focuses on financial models and economics of real estate.

In 2013 – 2019 he mediated investment transactions, commercial leases and development projects worth more than EUR 500 mil for JK Advisory clients.

Zdeněk has been active in the real estate market since 2007. In the first five years, he worked in Prague and London for the leading international real estate consultancy company King Sturge and JLL as a property valuer and investment consultant. At this time he participated in property transactions worth almost CZK 10bn (EUR 400 mil.). Subsequently he worked as an financial analyst in the development department within CPI, where he was in charge of projects worth CZK 4,5 bn (EUR 180 mil.).

Zdeněk graduated from the Real Estate and Development Program at the Nottingham Trent University (UK) and the Finance, Accounting and Valuation Program at the University of Economics in Prague. He has been a member of the British Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2010.
